绳耿村，滨州市博兴县境内的一个小村，一个只有一百多户人家的小村，却有着跨越千年的历史，文化底蕴浓郁，开发和旅游价值及高的一个风水宝地。   

　　据高龄老人的口传，早在春秋时期，五霸霸主齐桓公就饿死在小村的村北面。不过口传就是口传，没有记载，不为深信。

　　时光荏苒，又过了两年，这里陆续来了十几口人，他们学着汉子的样子，在他的周围盖了两间土坯房，也在稍远处开出一片属于自己的地，种上一些玉米苘麻，学着汉子的样子，打起了绳子。渐渐地，这里就形成了一个村庄的样子。由于汉子是第一个来到这里，又为人正直，人们都尊重他，称他为这里的主人，就以他的姓和他以织绳为生的职业，起名为“绳耿村”。一三六九年，洪武二年，朱元璋巡视山东境内土地广袤肥沃，水源广阔，人烟稀少，就下令河北枣强县大移民，于是，绳耿村，从一个不到二十口人的小村，逐渐壮大起来。于是，绳耿村这个名字，早在六百四十多年前，就已铭刻在漫长的历史史记之中，经历了年代的凄风厉雨，承载着厚重的齐鲁文化，至今垂名不朽，并传承发扬。
