　　但是，七八十年代的玉峰山并不是这样。一次，邻居周婶串门时说，玉峰山政府有政策，鼓励有远见、有梦想者去那儿开发，不收地皮费不说，政府还给补贴。于是我们乘兴而去了，可又败兴而归了。为什么呢？因为我们看到的是道路崎岖、杂草丛生、人去房空、死寂凋敝、生机荡然的不毛之地。在如此穷乡僻壤的地方，能有何发展前景？当地人也许受其影响，大多涌入了外出打工的潮流，小申就是其中之一。
